Unconditional 100% Satisfaction
We strive for our customers to be 100% satisfied with the products we sell and the service we provide. If at any time within 30 days of your purchase you are not 100% satisfied, you may send your purchase back for a full refund or store credit for the price paid for the merchandise.
Wrong or Defective Product
We strive for perfection but occasionally we may make an error with your order or a product may be defective. In either event, please call us immediately at 1.888.294.8799 or email us at firstname.lastname@example.org so that we can make it right! In cases of defective merchandise, we may have a replacement shipped directly from the manufacturer, so it's important that you contact us first before returning it.
Our Policy on Returns
If merchandise is returned in BRAND NEW condition (including the original product packaging) within 30 days of purchase, a credit for the cost of the merchandise will be issued to the original credit card used for purchasing the item(s) or you can choose to receive a store credit. If the return is the result of our error (we shipped the wrong product or the item is defective), we will provide a full refund including shipping charges for the wrong or defective items. Unfortunately, we cannot refund shipping charges unless we shipped the wrong product or the item is defective or damaged. If returned merchandise is opened and/or unable to be resold, a partial store credit may be issued in the form of JulaBucks. All returns & exchanges MUST include a valid RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number issued by Julabug.com. See below for complete instructions.
